Victor Fernando Garcia was born in Hanford, California to Francisco Garcia and Martha Rodriguez on July 25, 1977. He passed away on January 16, 2022, in Visalia California at the age of 44 years.

Vic was a selfless, easygoing person. A talented self-taught guitar player, he absolutely loved playing and listening to music. You would always find him quoting lines from movies and making people laugh with his infectious laughter. Vic shared many things with many people… friendship, wisdom, love, advice. He made such a positive impact in everyone that knew him and brightened every room he was in.

He was a husband, father, son, uncle and friend.

Vic is survived by his wife Gracie Garcia; sons Roman and Greyson; Mother Martha Rodriguez; sisters Lourdes Rodriguez and Hilda Barnette; Nieces, Mercedes Lopez, Amber Olivera, Amy Olivera, Mari Azevedo; nephews: PFC Gabriel Lopez, Julio Lopez, Adam Lopez.

He is preceded in death by his father Francisco Garcia.
