Remembering the life and legacy of Tracy Phelps, born in Colinga, California, but raised in Hanford, California to her deceased parents, Donna Skaggss and Richard Phelps on July 16, 1970, and left this earth on January 15, 2022, at the age of 51 years. She will always be remembered as a loving Mother and Grandmother. She left an impression and touched many lives. Everyone knew her as crazy, fun, and very loving. She would live her life to the fullest and was very generous.

She is survived by her children Brittnee Phelps Sotelo, Ryan McDaniel, Jeniegh McDaniel, Jeneva McDaniel, Michael McDaniel, Jasmen McDaniel, Simone Trudell, and Sanei Trudell. Eight grandkids Aden, Austin, Julian, Ester, Jordan McDaniel, Damon Moroles, Kenneth Gurrola II, Damare'a Alexander jr. Three sisters Tina Jimenez, Kimberly Rios, and Stacy Hicks; one brother Shawn Phelps.

Tracy is preceded in death by her husband Ronald V. McDaniel(Geechie), her parents Donna Skaggs and Richard Phelps, her son Ronnie V. Johnson.
