Sherlyn Maloney went home to be with her Savior on January 17th, 2018. Sheryln was born in Turlock, CA on September 19, 1947, where she also attended Turlock High School and later went to Merced Community College. Sherlyn relocated to Coalinga in 1986 and opened a bookkeeping and tax service business. Later, she became a long haul truck driver before establishing a truck brokering business and an on-line bridal supply company. Sherlyn is survived by her three children, Karen Trumbly of Coalinga, Lisa Pulley of Pine Grove, and Edward Misener of Kalispel, MT., two sisters, Beveryly Tripp and Kathleen Westbrook, and a brother, Martin Babb, five granddaughters, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Babb. Sherry was so proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and loved them all very much. She moved to Texas in May and was so proud of her home there and loved her Texas friends who became very dear to her. She enjoyed painting, sewing, reading, and Keno.
A private family service will be held at her request. The family would like to thank Hospice for their help and support.
