Rudy -
Rojas
April 21, 1965 – May 13, 2024
Rudy Rojas from Parlier, Ca left to be with his Heavenly Father on May 13, 2024. Rudy's life began on April 21, 1965, in Sanger, Ca.
He loved and called Parlier, Ca his home for many years, and took pride in his "Colonia upbringing"
"Rudy lived a life of integrity, compassion, and faith. He touched the lives of many with his wisdom and kindness, leaving behind a profound impact on family, friends, and even strangers he came in contact with. He was a devoted husband to Sally whom he loved, honored and cherished, son to Esmeralda Rojas (deceased), bonus-son to Margarito and Paula Rojas he lovingly called Apa & Ama (deceased) brother to Ricky Rojas of Selma, Lydia Sandoval of Texas, Juanita Ramos of Cutler, Esperanza Garza (deceased), Jesse Rojas of Parlier, Margarito Rojas Jr of Fresno, Anna Isonio of Sanger. Assistant Pastor at Time In Destiny Christian Church, father and grandfather to Joseph and his 2 grandsons Xavier & Jaden, Stepfather to Anthony & John, uncle to Giana & Ian, brother-in-law, cousin and friend to many.
Rudy was a die-hard 49er fan and even got to cheer them on from the stands. He enjoyed watching WWE, and old black and white movies. He lived a life of simplicity, finding joy in the little things. He enjoyed just curling up on the couch with his 2 small dogs Mia & Pepper who he adorned. His warm smile and infectious laugh could brighten anyone's day. His unique laugh often made others break out in laughter too. Rudy enjoyed travelling, often wanting to go places spontaneously, those were the best experiences for him. He was able to travel to beautiful destinations like Hawaii and Florida, but his favorite place was the amusement parks. He could be found riding all the rides with a child-like excitement. Rudy never let his health issues stop him, often outlasting everyone else at the parks. He wouldn't want to leave until closing time.
Most importantly, Rudy loved the Lord and ministering to people. Numerous people had stayed in Rudy's home when they needed extra assistance. He would offer shelter and guidance to help them get back on their feet. Rudy helped start a men's ministry that continued for several years called Man-Up. That ministry went out to different churches to fellowship and hear the word of God. As well as went out to the different parks around town to feed the people there. He was very proud of his Wednesday morning devotion/prayer class he taught. He never was too tired to get up and be there before everyone arrived at 6am to get the class prepared with prayer. Rudy still continued to make monthly trips out to the unhoused community to take them something to eat and offer prayer. His compassion for people is rooted by him overcoming his own personal struggles. He ministered to people with reverence, humility and humbleness. Rudy leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, strength, and compassion. He will be missed by many who loved him dearly.
