Robert Lee Simon was born on October 23, 1939, in Fullerton, California to parents, Homer Ernest Simon and Zula Mae Watson. He passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 82 years in Lemoore, California.

He was a hard worker and own his own business for over forty years. Were he served his community as a Septic plumbing company.

Robert married Donna J. Shirley and took her children and care for them as his own.

He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and his wife.

Robert is survived by Shellie Divine.
