Rita Fay Weitzel was born in Tennesse, to John and Betty Jo Milsap. She entered into eternal life on September 13, 2023, in Visalia, California at the age of 69 years.

Rita was a persistent to make the best of life. As a young child, she had many medical challenges, but she never let that get in the way of her living her life to the fullest. She is survived by one brother, two sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
