Patsy Stapleton Stump (February 11, 1949 - August 3, 2022) was born in Tulare California, to Walter and Lillie Carver Stapleton. She was the youngest of 8 children. Patsy lived most of her life in the Central Valley. She worked for many years at Branch and Chambers, after retiring she spent a lot of her time dog sitting for friends and family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and having Chinese food with her sisters.

She is survived by her children Chris (Katie) Stump of Alliance, Ohio, and Tiffany (Robert) Mateus of Hanford. Grandchildren; Brooke and Daulton Mateus, and Mickayla and Ashlee Stump. Siblings; Donald (Bartie) Stapleton, Mary Evett, and Nettie (Henry) Charest and lifelong friend and sister Barbara Soares. Along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Lenora Rabe, Jimmie Stapleton, Calvin Stapleton, Judy Kurig, and her niece Lori Kane.
