Norma Love Spurgeon passed
away on July 2nd in Stockton,
California at the age of 67 years.
Norma was born in Kosciusko,
Mississippi on August
23rd, 1951 to Norman and
Annie Love. When Norma
was 8 months old her family
left Kosciusko, Mississippi
and moved to Sanger, CA.
Norma spent the earlier
years of her life in Sanger.
She attended the local schools
and graduated from Sanger High
School. After High School Norma attended
Beauty College and received her Cosmetology
License. Then she worked in various beauty
shops after that.
Norma is survived by her son Jeremy Spurgeon
and his wife Mary both of Atascadero, 3
grandsons, Kyle, Clayton and Cole Spurgeon all
of Atascadero, 3 sisters Betty Muse of Reedley,
Shirley Hughes and brother in law Vern both of
Selma, Linda Merrit and brother in law Reed
both of Cheyenne, WY, 2 brothers Robert Gorden
and sister in law Dorothy and Leslie Gorden
and sister in law Bonnie all of Fresno and
numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held on Friday, July
12, 2019 at Sanger District Cemetery.
