Melvina Williams was born on November 7, 1923, to the late Exel and Adie Pierce in Ohio. She was called home to be with the Lord on March 23, 2020, in her daughter's home in Coalinga, California, her family was by her side at the time of her passing.

She is survived by her daughter Peggy (Joe), four grandchildren, and twenty-seven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
