Manuel T. Garcia was born on July 17, 1945, in Zacatecas, Mexico to Fabian and Mercedes Garcia. Passed from this life on December 27, 2020, in Hanford, California, at the ae of 75 years.

He leaves behind his wife Carmen, his four sons, Jose Manuel, Martin, Juan Antonio, Carlos; his three daughters, Mercedes, Maria de Jesus and Rosario; two brothers Santos and Ubaldo, sister Maria Luisa; and his beloved grandchildren.
