Luis A. Rangel Chairez was born on December 27, 1950, in Zacatecas, Mexico to Manuel Rangle Soto and Carmen Chairez Estrada. He married the love of his life Eulalia Montelongo they had three sons. He was a hard worker and provided for his family. He didn't just work on the farm he enjoyed driving the tractor and making sure that his work superseded his expectations. He loved spending time with his family, watching his grandchildren play soccer, a few of his hobbies were; fishing, going to the casino, playing volleyball, he was an animal lover.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years Eulalia, his three sons; Albert (Norma), Ricardo (Christina) and Juan (Chela), his eight grandchildren, two brothers; Fernando and Edel and one sister Clara. And his four-legged companion Brownie.
