Lourdes Bedrijo Rogers was born in Placer, Masbate, Philippines on June 16th, 1956, to Anita and Candido Bedrijo and she passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 24 ^th , 2022, after a short hospital stay in Hanford and Fresno, CA.

She arrived in the United States on October 31 ^st , 1989, and was married the next day in San Diego, California.  She immediately took on the role as mother to eight children while her husband continued his career in the U.S. Navy.  In 1993, the family moved to Hanford so she could be close to family while her husband was finishing his Navy career.  On November 14 ^th , 1994, she became a naturalized citizen of the United States.  In addition to her love of family, Lourdes also enjoyed tending her plants, working in her garden, watching Filipino movies, and listening to country music.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brother Loveman Bedrijo; Sister Delfrey Veniegas; daughter Floriejean Bedrijo; granddaughter Alexandra Bedrijo; and great-grandson Jeremiah Priggett.

Lourdes was a beloved wife, mother, stepmother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and dear friend to many.  She is survived by her husband William Rogers; children, Maryjean Bedrijo, Loriejane Alcala, Gilbert Bedrijo, and Wilbert (Damaris) Rogers; stepchildren Jeremy (Jennifer) Rogers, Laura (Michael) McCarty, Melissa (Greg) Samuelian, Matthew Rogers and Jennifer Rogers; her sisters Aniceta Adams, Teresita Bedrijo, Gina (Frank) Wagner and brother Danielo Bedrijo.

She is deeply loved and missed by her grandchildren Jelinajane  Almario, Jolinajane Almario, Froilan Bedrijo, Anita Gomez, Selena Alcala, Isaiah Alcala, Mikaela Bedrijo, Lillyana Bedrijo, Gilbert Bedrijo Jr, Jedeiah Rogers, Maryjane Rogers, Roman Rogers, Atticus Rogers, Henry Rogers, Ethan McCarty, Zachary McCarty, Kayla Samuelian, Madilyn Samuelian, Isaac Rogers, and Katelyne Rogers.  Lourdes will also be greatly missed by her great-grandchildren Micah Bedrijo, Iyanna Bedrijo, Luna Bedrijo, and Jeremiah Alcala.

The memorial service will be held at New Hope Community Church, 11274 Hanford-Armona Road, Hanford, Ca on January 14 ^th , 2023.  Visitation is from 10 - 11 a.m. with service from 11 - 12 noon.  A small reception will be provided at the church following the service.  Her internment will be at Bakersfield National Cemetery with no graveside service.
