Loretta Burns-Fernandez born July 23, 1960 in Atwood, KS passed December 8, 2021 in Hanford, CA. She is survived by her three children, Richard (Ericha) of Pueblo West, CO., Justin (Jose) of Visalia, CA. and Alisha (Nick) of Portland, TN. Loretta had three grandchildren, Kyler, David and Kelly whom she adored and loved tremendously. Loretta loved to cook and bake for family and friends. Loretta spent most of her adult life as an Emergency Room Nurse. She could always brighten a room with her loud laughter, stories and jokes. Loretta will be missed by the Medical Community in the Central Valley whom she was affectionately known as Momma Loretta. She will be remembered by her famous quote of, "You mean what I know".
