Kathleen Jean Wilson 74 of Hanford, California joined her Savior November 24, 2016. She was born in Fort Madison, Iowa to William Earnest Miller and Linda Vada Wilson(both deceased) August 18, 1942. Married May 3, 1965 to Clarence LeRoy Wilson (Roy) and widowed in 1981. Kathleen is survived by her companion Bob Ramos of Hanford, daughter Lea Kathleen Haga of Oregon, son James LeRoy Wilson of Hanford, son Alan Eugene Wilson of Hanford, daughter Shawna Lynn Wilson of Washington daughter Ashlee Renee Kathleen Wilson of Hanford 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. She lost her sister Lavirda Brown in 1993 but is survived by her brother William (Bill) Miller of Texas and several cousins.

Kathleen was a graduate of College of the Sequoias where she earned an AA degree. She became a pioneer for women in Real-estate and earned an award for Top Sales in Kings County in 1976, while associated with Smith and Dority Reality. She later worked for the Department of Defense an N.A.S Lemoore.

In 1999 she adopted 2 daughters Ashley age 2 and Shawna age 4 and reared them to adulthood. She was formally an active member in The Eastern Star and a member of the choir at the First United Methodist Church of Hanford. She spent her summers and Christmas' in Oregon where she attended the Unity Church of Bandon. In years past when possible she attended Relay for Life activities and gave of her time to The Salvation Army during the Thanksgiving celebration. Kathleen had a 13 year fight with ovarian cancer and while in the presence of her family went peacefully to her heavenly home. Reddington Hanford, California 93230. A Celebration of Life will be held December.
