Joy Lynn Johnson, 73 years old, of Hanford CA, passed away on December 12, 2025. Joy Lynn was born in Fresno, CA to the late Alfred and Maryann Johnson, on June 7, 1952. She grew up in Clovis and Fresno, CA. She graduated locally from Clovis High School, class of 1970, where she showcased her school spirit by proudly donning the Cougie uniform. Joy Lynn had many passions and adventures during her lifetime. She lived in California and Hawaii where she pursued horses and polo. Throughout the years she loved all animals and gave homes to countless dogs and cats. Joy enjoyed watching Indy Car racing and she truly loved her country. She worked many jobs and never met a stranger. As an event employee Joy Lynn would serve, host, and help guests who were celebrating their special life events. Joy Lynn
is survived by her son, Justin Alan Fletcher McDaniel and daughter in law, Michelle; her adopted son, Christian Kainoa "Kai" Kudlich; and her
grandchildren, Luke, Benjamin, and Raquel McDaniel. She was devoted to her grandchildren and loved hearing about their interests and activities. They called her Tutu, the Hawaiian name for grandmother. She was a true friend to those who had the privilege of getting to know her. Joy Lynn had a passionate personality and loved Jesus.

We are planning a Celebration of Life for December 26, 2025, at 10:00 am. Yost and Webb Funeral Home, 1002 T Street, Fresno CA. There will be a reception in Clovis following the memorial from 11:30-1:30. Address for the reception site will be available at the memorial.
