Joe Navarro was born in Fresno, California on November 29, 1953, to David Navarro and Lupe Arrellano Muro. He entered into eternal rest on January 12, 2022, at his home surround by his family. He grew up in Selma, California, graduating from McLane High School in Fresno, California in 1973.

He was employed by Western Bureau of Investigation, a security firm. Later on, he left to become a USDA Federal Inspector where he remained for several years, while being there he met and married Maria Magdalena Munoz, and were together until her passing in 2008. While he was working at USDA he started his own income tax service.

Joe is survived by his three brothers, Efren Muro, Tony Muro and Robert Navarro; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He will be missed.
