Later on she began her career began as a cook, and she later fulfilled her dream of owning her own business, where she shared her passion for preparing delectable meals with her family and friends. Her homemade churros were legendary, embodying the warmth and love she poured into every dish. Graciela was an active member of the society of Our Lady of Guadalupe and found solace and community at the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Laton, California. Her hobbies—gardening, sewing, and crocheting—were expressions of her creativity and nurturing spirit. Known for her kindness and generosity, Graciela opened her heart and home to all.
