Gilbert “Gil”
Gutierrez “Gil” Gutierrez
July 29, 1985 – April 14, 2024
Celebrating the Life of Gilbert "Gil" Gutierrez
Gilbert Gutierrez, 38, of Sanger, CA, tragically passed away in the early morning of April 14th, 2024. Gilbert's life was taken too soon from his time here on earth by a senseless act of violence.
Gilbert was a loving husband, father, brother, and son. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia, and four children, Michael, Nicholas, Elizabeth, and Gilbert: endearingly known by their father as Mikey, Nico, Lizzie, and Bump. In addition to his immediate family, Gilbert leaves behind.
parents, Gilberto Gutierrez and Maria Gonzalez, and sisters, Pilar and Wendy Gutierrez. Gilbert was born on July 29th, 1985, in Greenville, CA before moving to Chapala, Jalisco, where he spent most of his adolescent years. He returned to Sanger, CA when he was 14 years old,
and met Cynthia at the age of 18, where they would later build their beautiful family. Gilbert was a kind, hardworking, and joyous man who loved his family and community deeply. He found immense joy in being a father and husband, supporting his children in sports and
encouraging his wife to chase her passions. No matter the circumstance, Gilbert was always there to cheer them on. He had the same passion for his workplace - being quick to uplift, eager to succeed, and exemplifying a work ethic to be proud of. He was the kind of person who wouldn't think twice to lend a helping hand or a listening ear to someone in need. He always showed up for his people and was known by many for his selfless and optimistic personality. He had a smile and an energy that captured the hearts of all who knew him.
Although Gilbert left us far too soon, his impact—not only on his family and friends but anyone who had the opportunity to experience his compassionate nature—will be cherished forever.
