Beloved mother and grandmother; Frances Faye Stebens, with her family by her side, passed peacefully on May 1st, 2025.
Frances Faye Stebens was born to Jeff and Martha Luella Wiley on the 16th of January 1935, in the state of Louisiana. She was blessed with 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

She is survived by her children; Carol Haney, Michael Stebens (Mary) and Cheryl Work. Grandchildren; Jared Work (Rebeca), Matthew Borelli (Mari), Shanna Larson, Kristen Samaniego (Ignacio), Michelle Carter (Keith) and Stephanie Bailey. Sisters: Katie Havens (Roger), Mary Hammack (Roger) and sister-in-law Donna Wiley. 16 great grandchildren, 5 great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Willard J. Stebens. Parents: Jeff and Martha Luella Wiley. Siblings: James B Wiley (Pauline), Margaret Sliger, Jeff Wiley, Lois Wiley, Doris Wiley, Charles Wiley. Son in laws: Joe Work and Terry Haney. Granddaughter: Steffani Chanminalath.

Faye was living in San Diego, CA when she met Willard 'Jess' Stebens. Soon after, they were married and moved to Los Banos, CA to be near relatives and start a family. In 1966 along with their 3 children relocated to Fresno, CA. Faye enjoyed taking art classes, quilting, sewing, and loved to cook for family gatherings. She loved spending time with her family and especially looked forward to family vacations. Her life was devoted to the Lord. She loved her church family and was a faithful servant for 56 years at Northeast Assembly of God. She leaves a legacy of faithfulness and dedication.
