Felino Saffery Tolentino was born on March 26, 1938, in Hawaii to Felino and Violet Tolentino. He passed away on August 30, 2019, at the age of 81 years. He served and worked as a Communications Chief for the United States Navy for over 35 years. He is survived by his wife Virginia, his three sons; Franco, James, and Michael, his three sisters; Doris, Wendel, and Jean.
