Elvia Banuelos Espinoza Rodrigues, was born in Zacatecas, Mexico, to Clemente Espinoza and Josefina Rodriguez, on July 16, 1967. She passed away on April 22 2021, at the age of 53 years at her home in Avenal, California surrounded by her family.

She loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest, she never met a stranger she would make friends every where she went. She was religious and believed in God, but she would attend any church no matter the religion. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She married the love of her life Jesus Banuelos and and they had two children, Jesus Jr. and Rosaisela. She leaves behind her brothers, Refugio, Natividad, Clemente, Jose and Ricardo; her sisters, Maria, Yolanda, Arcelia and Ramona; and her three grandchildren.
