Edith Pauline Tackett at age 75 went to be with the Lord on January 29, 2022. She was a resident of Visalia, CA. Edith was born to Earl and Helen Royer in Lindsay, CA, on October 26, 1946.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, who were the delight of her life. Edith was a God-fearing woman who loved the Lord. She had a gentle spirit and was a very sweet, loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.

She was a loving mother to her 2 daughters: Torie Ferrier and husband Nathan, and Jennifer Brandt and husband Tony. She is also survived by her brother: Kenneth Royer and wife Mary, 4 sisters: Mary Baymiller, Margaret Pittenger and husband Ray, Carolyn Emerson and husband Darrel, Linda Rundquist and husband Blake, 5 grandchildren: Nathan Ferrier, Jacob Brandt, Hannah Ferrier, Andrew Brandt, and Austin Ferrier, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Helen Royer, and her devoted husband and best friend of 47 years, Kenneth Tackett.

Graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday, February 11, 2022, at Porterville Cemetery 1013 E. Olive Ave. Porterville, CA.
