Eddie passed away at home on Saturday, March 26th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennie Encinas Saryoan and Jesus Encinas and his daughter, Teresa Encinas Flores. He is survived by Frances Encinas, two of his children Deborah Velasquez and Stephen Encinas, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his sisters Margie, Mary Rose, Adoline, Carmen and Jessica. He was a proud Air Force Veteran.
