Donald "Don" Clarence Ervin, Junior born June 15, 1966 in Portsmouth, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022. He graduated from George Dewey High School in Subic Bay, Philippines in 1984.

Don was blessed to be surrounded by his family and friends in Coalinga, the Central Valley, and around the US. He was a compassionate person who cared greatly for those around him and who loved animals. He loved taking care of people and was willing to give the people he cared about anything they needed, even if it meant him doing without. He enjoyed spending time playing online games, spelunking, and sailing. Don was also an avid reader and had taken up archery and loved shooting his bow.

Don is survived by his parents, Donald and Pamela Ervin, his siblings Annette Ervin, Scott Ervin, and Elizabeth Porras, as well as four nephews, one nibling, and one niece. He had been employed as a supervisor at Coalinga State Hospital. Before that, he had worked as an electronics technician at many places and had spent time in the US Navy as an electronics technician.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 11 am at the First Baptist Church in Coalinga.
