On January 4, 1932, Isabel and Manuel Yrigollen gave life to a handsome baby boy, Benjamin R. Yrigollen. With profound sadness we announce his passing, a devoted husband and loving uncle and Nino to many, heaven gained another angel on June 6, 2024. He was born and raised for most of his young adult life in Abilene, Texas. He was raised with his four brothers; Vincent, Adolph, Manuel and Sosteno; his two sisters; Enriqueta and Pilar

Early on in his life he was looking to better himself and at the age of 14 years he moved to Hanford, California from Abilene, Texas. He worked in various jobs, until he became a proud owner of Ben's Power Mower Repair and Nina's Restaurant. He married the loved of his life on December 20, 1952, Carrie (Estrada). His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his wife and playing his guitar, gardening, and children.

At the age of 18 years old Benjamin, was determined to learn how to play the guitar, every day he would practice until he became an expert playing with a trio group. He played from the heart, he put his feelings into it, making the flamenco and the rumba rhythm move him.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 71years Carrie the love of his life; nephews and nieces; Adelsio and wife Griselda their children, Alyssa, Ashley and Andrew; Alonzo and his daughter Alexis, Agustine and his wife Christina, Anthony, Carmen and her husband Larry Brieno and their children; Brianne, Lawrence JR.,  Kristin, Yolanda Arias and her children, Ruben and Sara, Vicent Jr. and his children, Joel, Benjamin and Vangie, Deborah Soto and her children, Brian, David and Jessica, Margaret Gamez and her children Eleonore, Vonie, Brena and Horace, and also Sara, Yolanda, Juana and Nancy.

He touched many lives and gave us so many memories that he will continue living in our hearts.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 14, 2024, Rosary at 9:30 a.m. follow by memorial mass at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Burial to follow at calvary cemetery.
