Barbara Ann Radcliffe, age 71.

Barbara was unexpectedly summoned to Heaven on March 9, 2022. She was born November 9, 1950 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Barbara graduated from Chico State University.  She owned her own business, Valley Appraisals,  and worked as a real estate appraiser from 1973 until her passing. She was one of the first female appraisers when she started in Kings County and was widely regarded as the preeminent expert in her industry. She honed her craft with passion and integrity.

Barbara was a true trailblazer who lived life on her terms. She was industrious, resolute, and the ultimate competitor. She could often be found enjoying her days working on her rental properties. She was a perfectionist and took pride in doing quality work with precision and detail. Barbara was never one to back down from a challenge. She loved playing tennis and thoroughly enjoyed beating those in her tennis league that were half her age.

Barbara married Stephen J.  Radcliffe in 1973 and he predeceased her on March 4, 2016. Barbara is survived by her three children Christina, Jennifer and Scott, her beautiful granddaughter Haiden Ann Davis, and her sister Valerie LeBrun. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church located at 364 East Barstow Avenue in Fresno.
