Obituary for Barbara Diane Clay
Hanford, CA-Barbara Diane Clay, 67, passed away peacefully June 28, 2023, at her home. She
was born on October 8, 1955, in Ontario, CA to Austin Gates and Alice Nichols. Barbara was a
loving mother, Grammy, Great Grandma and friend, and her presence will be deeply missed by
all who knew her.
Barbara was a strong independent woman with extraordinary kindness. Throughout her life, she
touched the lives of many people with her warm smile, laughter, and thoughtfulness. Her
unconditional love and unwavering support were an inspiration and comfort to those closest to
her.
Professionally, Barbara achieved great success in her career as an Office Manager at CA Wire
Cloth/Unified Screening and Crushing for 33 years. She approached her work with dedication,
professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Barbara leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her
children, Kristy Gonzalez and Eric Ball, who were her pride and joy of her life. Her memory will
forever be cherished by her grandchildren, Kelsey Beam, Austin Beam, Grayson Gonzalez,
Madison Gonzalez, Darius Gonzalez, BreyAnne Smith, Brody Ball, Haley Dimmick, Shelby
Hoskins, Pay ten Ball, Bryant Ball, Brinley Ball, and Great Grandchild Waylon Dimmick, whom
she loved and adored.
The sudden loss of Barbara will be deeply felt by her extended family and friends. She touched
the lives of many and will be remembered for her kind heart, and unwavering love. Her memory
will continue to live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
A Celebration of Life to honor and celebrate Barbara's life will be held on Sunday, June 23rd
2023, at the home of Eric Ball. 10am 344 N Linwood St. Visalia, CA 03291. Friends and family
are invited to attend and pay their respects.
