Arthur passed away in LA County on December 14, 2024, at the age of 75. Arthur is
survived by his siblings: René Orosco (Bridgette) and Ninfa Coulbourne (James), his
daughters Janice, Linda, Ninfa, and Claudia, and his sons Richard, Arthur Jr., and Seth. He
also has several grandchildren. His parents, Louis Sr. and Claudia Orosco, his siblings
Valdo Orosco, Minerva Cavasos, Leonor Hernandez, Baldomero Orosco, Josie Chavez,
and Louis Orosco Jr. preceded him in death.
Arthur was born on June 2, 1949, in Beeville, Texas, to Louis Sr. and Claudia Orosco. He
grew up working in the fields with his large family. He later enlisted and served with US
Marine Corp. He completed one tour during the Vietnam War. Arthur was very
intelligent and was an excellent mechanic. He spent most of his working life driving
trucks.
