Ann Carolyn Vanderheiden was born in Dos Palos California on May 23rd, 1938. She lived on a dairy that her father Joe created with her mother Ruth, her sisters, Francis, Helen, Ruthie, brothers Joe, Clifford and Lawerence. After her retirement, she bought a secondhand store and called it secondhand rose in Lemoore California. She loved working in her consignment store, going to yard sales, painting, she was an excellent artist. She greatly loved being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved the ocean where she had lived in Morro Bay for quite a few years and then eventually moved to Brookings, Oregon, it was her last place of residence until she came home to California, back to the Fresno Hanford area, where she spent her last days with family partial time, assisted living and then moved in with her son Mark to finish out her years.

She was married to Cecil Borboa and had three children, Mark, Lynn, and Michael, 8 grandchildren: Jessica, Natalie, Autumn, Casey, Christopher, Michael Chris, Eric and Katie.  Great Grandchildren and recently a Great-Great Granddaughter, Kiana.

She will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Cemetery in Laton California. She loved the Lord and was looking forward to being reunited with her Heavenly family! She was a Jewel, had a Big Heart and Hardy laugh with a witty sense of humor!
