In Loving Memory of Albert Yrigollen

Albert Yrigollen, age 83, passed away on November 3, 2025. Born on January 30, 1942, in Texas. He lived a life marked by kindness, resilience, and quiet strength.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Albert was known for his unwavering integrity, intelligence, and deep love for his family. After high school, Albert joined the Air Force serving in the Vietnam War. Upon returning in 1967 from his service, Albert enrolled in San Jose State achieving his B.A. in Social Science. This led him to become a substitute teacher for Fresno County. Shortly after, he met the love of
his life Laura and had four boys. He later became a proud owner of a day care center in Lemoore.
Outside of work, Albert found joy in watching all sports, but his greatest passion
was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, whom he was
immensely proud of. His quiet demeanor brought comfort and calm to all who
knew him.

Albert is survived by his wife Laura of 54 years, and his four sons: Agustin Yrigollen wife Chistina (their children: Vanessa Mendoza, Celeste Chang, and Nicole Kaeh), Adelsio Yrigollen wife Griselda, Alonzo Yrigollen and Anthony Yrigollen. His grandchildren: Alexis Yrigollen, Alyssa Yrigollen, Ashley Yrigollen and Andrew Yrigollen. Albert is also survived by his siblings: Celia Yrigollen-Macias, Yolanda Yrigollen-Arias husband David, and a sister-in law Gail Yrigollen. Including many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, aunts, uncles and extended family from his wife side.

He is preceded in death by his parents Sosteno and Antonia Yrigollen, brother Sosteno Yrigollen Jr, and brother-in-law Tommy Macias. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, with a viewing from 9:00-10:00 a.m., rosary at 10:00 a.m. and mass at 10:30 a.m. All services will take place at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Hanford, Ca. Burial to
follow at Calvary Cemetery.
